Our team is growing! We are very excited to announce the addition of Ryan O’Connor to the Encom family as Director of Business Development. He will primarily be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for Encom in international markets. This includes taking over new regions and vertical markets that have not previously been a major area of focus for the company. He will also collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to bolster new product innovation through strategically targeted applications.

This is actually Ryan’s second stint at Encom. He very capably performed various roles and made his mark as Production Manager before eventually moving up as VP of Engineering, and ultimately being promoted to Chief Technology Officer. In returning to Encom, Ryan brings extensive experience in Sales from his most recent position as Director of International Sales at Cask Global Canning Solutions.

A passionate leader, Ryan loves the challenge of thinking outside the box to find the right solutions that lead to making the customer experience better than it has ever been. He thrives on discussing new ideas, looking for new approaches to common issues and inspiring others.

Outside of business, Ryan is kept busy being a proud dad to 3 daughters and stays active yearlong by playing hockey in the winter and softball in the summer.
